Question 1

Do you only work with HGV, plant and logistics businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Training schools, plant hire and sales firms, hauliers and logistics operators are the only businesses we take on.

It means we already know the licence categories, the operator tickets and how long a buyer takes to decide, so you are not paying for us to learn your trade.

Question 2

How soon will we see enquiries?

Accepted Answer

Search ads can bring calls and form fills within days of going live, because the people searching already want what you sell.

SEO and content take longer, usually months. We will tell you which is which before you spend anything.

Question 3

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

There are two costs. One is our fee for running the work. The other is the ad budget, which you pay directly to Google or Meta.

We quote our fee after a short call, once we know your area, your courses or fleet, and how many enquiries you can handle.

Question 4

Can you market Cat C, C+E and Driver CPC courses separately?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each course gets its own campaign, landing page and tracking.

You can then see what a Class 1 enquiry costs compared with a Class 2 or CPC periodic training enquiry, and move budget to the courses with spare seats.

Question 5

We train from more than one site. Can you handle that?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Campaigns are split by training site and travel distance, so each yard gets enquiries from people who can realistically get to it.

Each site has its own phone tracking number, so calls are counted against the right location.

Question 6

Can you generate hire enquiries for specific machines?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Campaigns are built around the machine and the job, for example telehandler hire inside your delivery area.

When a machine is out on hire, its ads can be paused so you are not paying for enquiries you cannot fulfil.

Question 7

Can you help us recruit drivers as well as win work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Driver recruitment campaigns run separately from customer campaigns, with their own landing page and application form.

That keeps job applicants and customer enquiries apart, and lets you see what each one costs.

Question 8

How do we know which enquiries came from the ads?

Accepted Answer

Every call, form and WhatsApp tap is tagged with the campaign and search term that produced it.

You get a monthly report showing spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry and, where you share the outcome with us, bookings.

Question 9

Do we need to sign a long contract?

Accepted Answer

No. We work on a rolling monthly basis after an initial three months, which gives the campaigns enough time to build data and show real results. After that, you can stop with a month’s notice if it is not working for you.

Question 10

Do you run the ads, or do we?

Accepted Answer

We run everything: setting up the campaigns, writing the ads, managing the budget and improving results week by week. You tell us which courses, machines or vacancies matter most, and we handle the rest.

Question 11

Who owns the ad account?

Accepted Answer

You do. Your ad accounts and data stay in your name, so if we ever stop working together, nothing is lost.

Question 12

What do you need from us to get started?

Accepted Answer

A short call about what you want more of (course bookings, hire enquiries or driver applications), access to your website and a rough monthly budget. We take it from there.

Question 13

Can you show us what is wrong with our current ads first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can run a free audit of your current advertising before we speak, so you can see what is working, what is wasting money and where the gaps are.

Question 14

Do you only work in Yorkshire and the North West?

Accepted Answer

No. We are based near Leeds, but we work with businesses across the UK

Question 15

Can you promote funded HGV training and Skills Bootcamps?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we recommend it. Funded places are one of the strongest reasons for someone to book, but many training schools barely mention them. We build ads and landing pages that make funded places clear and easy to enquire about.

Question 16

Can you help us reach drivers whose Driver CPC has lapsed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many drivers let their Driver Qualification Card lapse and need a way back. We run campaigns aimed at drivers in your area, covering the shorter 3.5-hour training blocks and the online hours now available.

Question 17

Can you help fill course dates that are still empty?

Accepted Answer

That is exactly what we are for. Tell us which dates have seats left, and we point ads at those courses so they fill in time, instead of promoting your whole range at once.

Question 18

People enquire but never book. Can you fix that?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. We look at where enquiries drop off, whether that is the landing page, the speed of your reply or unclear pricing, and tighten it up so more enquiries turn into bookings.

Question 19

Can you advertise our CPCS and NPORS courses by machine type?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can run separate campaigns for each ticket, such as 360 excavator, telehandler or dumper, so people searching for a specific course land on the right page.

Question 20

What will we see in our reports?

Accepted Answer

Plain numbers: how much you spent, how many enquiries and calls came in, and the cost of each one. No jargon, and we will walk you through it.
